In recent years, mode of operating the filter presses has changed to automated systems. We provide fully automatic filter presses which includes, Auto hydraulic system, auto plate shifting mechanism, auto drippage collection system called bomb – door to keep the shop floor clean and it also helps to reduce the waste where filtrate/liquid is important. All this mechanisms are interlocked & pre- programed in PLC to operate the filter press smoothly without man power.

We also provide complete solution in terms of turnkey projects wherein we supply filter press system with all required accessories i.e. pumps, valves, interconnecting piping, material handling systems like belt conveyor or screw conveyor, etc. All this sub-components are controlled though PLC operated system via HMI or SCADA work station. This helps in ensuring the cycle time as there is no dependency on operators.
